200plusonly Report post Posted September 2, 2019 My Brother and I decided to get out of the rat race in the flat land and head up to Show low for a few days this week. First stop was show low lake this morning, arrived at 7am and started throwing trout colored jerk baits and the trusty black/yellow 1/8oz panther Martin. Nothin. Tried chartreuse lizards and spinners along with crawdad looking plastics. Didn’t get a nibble in the 3 hours we spent. Headed to the golf course! Stay tuned for updates. Any tips appreciated! 200plusonly Report post Posted September 3, 2019 Had a few good shots on the course, more bad shots lol Went to silver creek afterwards and walked from white mountain lake to the catch and release closure area. I was floatin different colored power bait in areas that were deep enough and the brother was throwing a spinner. He caught the only fish and haven’t head the end of it. Temperature was nice though I was happy about that!

Brian Happened really bad last year too................those fish were acting like they couldn't breath and were right next to the edge on the surface......could have netted them easy!!!
