They even bring "experts" on to try to make their case to the public. If they are willing to tar and feather a sitting president, imagine what they will do to you and your hunting buddies if they get red flag laws passed. Some "community organizer" will get 20, 50, 1000 followers to sign a petition that says your gun is a direct threat to their safety and mental well being to take your scary looking gun away. The one example of the several mass shooting in Arizona is irrelevant. This was a domestic violence issue. He also beat someone do death with a bat. This individual would have killed the people with or without a firearm. The red flag law would not have prevented this. If someone is intent on doing harm, they will find a way. Once you give politicians the power to take something without due process, it can be twisted by lawyers to mean what they claim it means.
