mikep35 Report post Posted April 2, 2008 Well me and a guy I work with had to drive up to globe for work on Monday. He makes the wonderful suggestion to throw the shotguns in the truck and do some callin on the way up there. So we find a good lookin spot and park the truck. After about 2 minutes of him calling, this guy comes joggin in straight at me at about 10 yds! So I slowly raise the gun and put the bead on his chest. Just as he looks up and lets out an "oh sh..." BAAMM!! I put the smack down on him. Its my first fox and his first fox to come in to a call! We also got 2 muley bucks to come in about 150 yds yesterday as we were trying to call in some yotes. mikep35 Report post Posted April 4, 2008 It actually didn't do too much damage. I shot him in the chest dead on at 10 yds. I was using the BB 3" 12ga. There was quite a bit of blood on the head and chest but once that was cleaned up, it wasn't as bad as you'd think I had my extra-full turkey choke on my mossberg 835 with 28" barrel. I was talking to a buddy of mine who is a member of XPC and he was telling me that the "Dead Coyote" "T" shot is the absolute best for shotgun on yotes. I was gonna buy some but when I saw that they were 32 bucks for ten shells I almost sh!t myself. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
