Elk and deer sliders

Over a year after the act of hunting the work is still going. Freshly thawed and ground into burger these elk and deer sliders are one of the top 3 favorite dishes in our home. 

Ground meat, 2 eggs, ground salad croutons, ground stale bread, salt, pepper, a dash of Tony's , and diced Parmesan cheese. Work into small slider size patties, cook 2 min and 30 seconds per side on hot cast iron pan on grill at 450. Add cheese and set aside in oven. Toast preferred buns on grill and fry up some taters shaped like fries. Do not press burgers or generally touch other than one flip.
