Pluses

 

New Roof in 2010 ... Canvas is good ... all cushions are good

Will sleep 6 comfortably ... Queen Bed on Both Ends - Slide out dining area ... table converts into bed. AM \ FM \ CD player with indoor and outdoor speakers

Dual propane tanks ... new battery in June of 2019 ... tags good until Oct of ‘19

Two burner stove, sink, heater with thermostat, outdoor water

Lots of inside storage – trailer is dual equipped for propane or electric

Minuses

Inside shower and toilet – we’ve never used them

Water Heater – we’ve never used it … Refrigerator – we’ve never used it
The original mattresses were ruined years ago ... we’ve been using air mattresses ... the bed decks have been dual layered with insulation and carpet.
