Lead on the Kaibab? (again)

Recommended Posts

Read a bit on the condors. There's a reason why they nearly went extinct before human interference besides California.  There inland meal died out (wooly mammoth).  Something the size of a condor needs big food.  The reason they survived in California was dead whales and other large sea creatures.  So bring back the wooly mammoth so the California condor can flourish!

Good idea. I'd like to shoot one of those too!

If they do an all out ban of lead on the Kaibab, there goes  the .22 for squirrel,  and  it will require the  use of only steel shot for turkey and grouse.  The way I shoot at squirrels with my 10/22, I cant afford expensive ammo. Next they'll take away my 10 round (and 25 round) clip(s). No high capacity mags...

Lets ship the California condors back to California, they have already banned lead ammo for hunting.  Win win.  Condor lovers get to keep their ugly, butt faced birds alive, and us AZ hunters get to keep wacking and stacking.  After all, they arent Arizona condors.
