Heat Report post Posted June 1, 2019 This not a Heber or Forest issue. Feral equines are a Statewide and National issue. Burros everywhere too. Unfortunately nobody with any authority has the fortitude or persistence to fix the problem. Game and Fish, BLM, Forest Service, USFWS, National Parks, and the DOD are all responsible!
