thegunexchange Report post Posted March 6, 2008 I have a nearly brand new Ruger Frontier M77 Mark II in the 308 caliber. It has a matte stainless finish with a black laminent stock. I put a Burris 2-7 power Magnum Handgun scope on it that has the Ballistic Plex reticle. The rifle comes with everything shown in the photo. It has a sling, 5 boxes of rounds in various flavors and the tactical carrying case. I love the rifle! This is the third one I've owned. I started with the blued finish and wanted the stainless. I did carry it next to my pack and slightly scratched the wood on the left side. Darn pack buckles! I'm now selling this because I'm clearing out a lot of my hunting gear. I had the best luck with the 165 grain Federal Fusions. The Winchester Silver Tips were next. I've shot one complete box through this and some of each in the photo. I have more photos if you'd like. I have just over $1,500 into the package and I'm asking $1,200 for it. I do have the boxes for both the rifle and scope. They were purchased at the Sportsmans Warehouse by me. Broken Wheels Report post Posted March 19, 2008 I have seen a couple of these rifles in action first hand and they are awesome for quick shots in the field.
