Comes with 1” rings and a Leopold 3x9-50 scope, don’t know the total round count, but I’ve personally only shot 10 rds through it. 1 1/2 boxes of ammo. Bipod not included. The old fashion way would be to put a tight fitting patch on a cleaning rod, put it down the barrel, make a mark on the cleaning rod, back the rod until that mark makes a complete revulution make another mark, then measure the marks and that's your rate of twist, crude but effective. I wanted the Tikka chambered in 6.5x55 se that was on here a while back but once i read what a awesome gun it was if you reload someone else had moved on it. 😕 if i did not have a rifle waiting for me to pick up down South already...
