My buddy that I hunt with has one and hes the one that's gonna help me to learn all these loading tricks so we will definitely be using it.
Bigfish86 Report post Posted February 8, 2019 I was looking at starting with a 150 and work up a few different loads and then working my way up from there
PRDATR Report post Posted February 9, 2019 With a 1:10 I would stay in the 150 to 165 range. I know all the rage is to go heavy but for what you are planning to shoot 150 is fine. Heavier pill = more recoil / less case capacity for powder and less velocity so more bullet drop.
Bigfish86 Report post Posted February 9, 2019 To be honest I dont want to go heavy with the projectile I see no need for anything over 165g.
