Zeiss Customer Service - Beware

Been waiting on a replacement turret since 10/30- followed up no less than 10 times, few inquires have gone unanswered....all i get now is "part is back ordered"

Buyer beware,  one would think better service with the top of the line Zeiss Diavari scope..  

Vortex - Razor repaired returned in 10 days

Swarovski binos- returned under 20 days..

Zeiss going on 76 days

Please give me a call, 516-217-1000, whether you purchased this from us or not we would like to intervene and assist in getting this issue resolved for you.

I agree, love Zeiss , hate there customer service, I bought a V8 35x scope from red hawk in December, they took the money but Zeiss won't tell them where it is. Warranty department is worse. I feel your pain. Good luck
