elkhunter Report post Posted January 14, 2019 Using a basic unit now. Want a bigger one to do summer sausage and snack sticks (needs to exceed 160 degrees). I’ve looked online and most all dehydrators from $40-$1000 struggle to reach 160 degrees based on reviews.
