mattobertin Report post Posted February 16, 2008 Just got a new cot for Valentines day and was looking to get a foam pad for it. I like the Cabela's deluxe cot pads but for the size I need it is $90. I would think that I could just buy a chunk of 2" or 3" thick foam but it is proving to be tougher to find than I thought. The cot that I have is a slumberjack 40"x86". Seems all of the pads I am finding are much smaller and meant for backpacking. I don't care about the size or weight I just want something that is comfortable and has some insulation. Any suggestions?????????
HBU Report post Posted February 16, 2008 I would just go to SWH, they have many diferent size pads cut and ready to go. I have the outfitter XL cot and I don't think I paid nearly $90 for my pad. It's alittle bulky but well worth it.

I did like those but ended up just going to Mesa Sales and got a piece of 2" thick foam for about $35. Thanks for the help everyone!
