lately i been binge watching dry aged steak videos. i ordered some umai bags, now i just need some money to buy a whole rib roast or new york

Costco... 2 weeks ago they had whole Prime NY for a little over $7/lb. I was the manager for Casino AZ’s prime steakhouse for 5 years and we couldn’t bring it in for that price. It was everything I could do not to put it in my cart and just start cutting and vac-sealing monster steaks.

I guess with this group I have to spell it out.... cooking time limits  must be within the same day?

As for the corpse in the hot tub question?   I did date this  one girl who was kinda like a corpse when we were in the hot tub....got rid of her.

I made the elk burgers last night, smoked for an hour and half, sous vide  at 125 for an hour to medium rare,  and hot  griddle seared.  They were food journal worthy.  Again, hunger overtook  intentions of a photo, and the models were devoured. A little more work for dinner, but the results are worth it.

Around Christmas last year Fry’s had it for 5 bucks a pound. Was choice though, not prime. Same with rib roasts.
