CatfishKev Report post Posted December 17, 2018 Couple things.. In need of some granite fabricating guys in Sierra Vista or tucson that would be willing to do jobs in cochise county. Also looking into finding some hookups, places that might have better deals on product than home depot or lowes. I do bank owned remodels to put back on market, most are complete rehabs. Pretty much everything from kitchens, bathrooms, ceiling fans, receps, paint, flooring. I understand HD and lowes get a lot of factory seconds when it comes to things like tile.. Looking into prosource right now, seems like they could be good. I found some places that have pre fab granite tops to which is cool but I've never done it myself. Also need to thin the herd with some better guys I think. if anyone knows guys lookng for work. Trying to train guys to take over when I move where they would have a peice work rate and then get a percentage of each job as an incentive so there is definately room to move up.
