salt and feed no more in 2009

Recommended Posts

This is what attracks my game. Who needs salt and feed. But those who want to use salt and feed should be able to use it. This is AMERICA. Don't change people's success at hunting. INKPAD13

Casey, WOW is right! My eyes are getting older but I can still see that the one on the right is flatter and the one head light isn't even on. What year is she? Could you please edit the bumper accesseries so we could see the rest of her. Is it a jeep?

I was talking about the fender being flatter, sorry for not clearing that one up right away.

It's not a jeep It's a 1947 Dodge Powerwagon. But the accessories are a little newer. She's been with me for a while.

Hey guys, let's stick to the salt and feed topic......

You can email each other pictures of women if you want. It's not really related to this discussion.

Thanks.

Its been a couple months, but I spoke with a local GFD officer that is assisting in writing this rule (I will keep his name ananomous to protect him! :P ) He stated that the wording, "Anything placed in a manner to attract wildlife....." was to broad to allow for fair enforcement. He told me that, as you guys have said, it would be near impossible to enforce the current mineral sites. They are not planning to enforce sites that you have already established as long as no new attractant is added! Looks like this could stall the rule until 2010. Not sure how accurate this is, but, its a glimmer of hope!!!!!!!!

I attended a open meeting with Bob Hernbrode in tucson tonight, he said the rule as it is now will read. " The use of any digestable or non digestable substance used to attract animals " We discussed this matter for over an hour. If you would like more information about what was discussed please feel free to call me 520-384-3351 or 520-404-5114

" The use of any digestable or non digestable substance used to attract animals " mad.gif

The way that reads it would include salt, water, calls, scrapelines, natural feed areas.ect.

It is already illegal to bait Bear and migratory birds so does that mean waterfowl hunters could no longer us calls and decoys?

I am curious to see if it reads "you cannot take animals using these" or if it's just plain "you cannot use these" for anything, even in the nonhunting situations. I guess we will see
