did they already have a campaign, Says they did and it was a huge success? Also says their goal is to increase revenue through license sales.

I didn't see anything about hunting but maybe they have something in the can for that. Would be nice to see what the proposal is that will save hunting.

I could see license sales increasing if they marketed it the right way like the HSUS commercials. 

 

Might sound something like this:
