Lazy-H98 Report post Posted December 22, 2018 +1 on range time turret validation. The chrono, apps, website calculators are all helpful tools to get you very close. I used the Ballistic app to get a baseline then shot 300, 400, 500, 600 yards to dial in and validate my elevation turret. Use apps to get starting place at the range then tweak app to match your real range drops. Only thing you have to adjust is for elevation after that as far as drops go. 10Turkeys Report post Posted December 23, 2018 Using a ballistic app, you will get one set of data that is "should hit", then using that data you should actually shoot and see what that data does then refine it til you get your "did hit"data.
