Carly DeVries Report post Posted November 2, 2018 1969 cj5 Very reliable and well taken care of jeep. A lot of time was spent on this jeep to get it running and looking the way I wanted it. I kept everything factory just rebuilt it all. -It has the Dauntless v6 motor -Manual 3 speed transmission and transfer case were both rebuilt -Limited slip Rear differential was rebuilt -Entire break system was rebuilt -cj7 gas tank was installed for more capacity -The jeep has a completely new wiring harness, not an old wire in the jeep. -Frame and undercarriage painted for rust protection -Set of new guages with new dash -over sized radiator with electric fan -new front hubs -All new U-joints with much more All of this work was preventative as I planned on keeping this forever.
