azhuntnut Report post Posted January 28, 2008 I received an email this morning that stated it was from the IRS and I had a refund coming to me. If you click on the link, it looks very official. DO NOT fill out the form, it is a scam. Try clicking on the upper part of the link to contact the IRS, it won't work. This one is going to cost alot of people some money. Outdoor Writer Report post Posted January 28, 2008 When you receive emails such as these, you should avoid clicking any of the links in them! That is one way viruses and worms invade your computer because the links often have script written in them to run when you use the link. If you're that curious to see where they go, cut and paste the link into a separate browser address bar and use it.
