Northern Pintail Report post Posted September 14, 2018 In hopes of more people donating their tag if the second time you draw you can’t go on your hunt you can still donate the tag. You just can’t use point guard and get your points back. Someone had mentioned that you have to keep your tag. That’s not correct. Just can’t use point guitars.
