naturebob Report post Posted September 4, 2018 A whole month to go and I watch every game and they are making Me sick. I see a sinking ship. Only 23 runs scored in last 10 games. They should have a 10 game lead in the division, if they had a bull pen. Manager not making smart decissions either . Hate to jump ship but tough to swallow them last 3 giveaways. Their starters are as good as any in Baseball. Boxberger sucks. He has no great pitch to go to . He was closer in Tampa where game didn't mean anything. The beard needs to concentrate more on his game instead of interviews and comercials. He doesn't have great stuff either. Hirano hasn't been bad . The rest are junk. They are giving it away. Even Jose Valverde a few years ago didn't blow this many. Just bad time time right now. I would have bet every cent to my name and every cent I'd ever earn that Bradley was going to through a first pitch "challenge" fastball to Kemp yesterday. Last year he could get away with those at 97-99, but this year at 94-95 he can't. I love that team, but they are struggling and yes, Lovullo is making way to many questionable/bad calls.
