bmf1321 Report post Posted January 19, 2008 I am looking for a good reloading manual that would give info for 223 and 204 rug. I am looking to load 55 gr. SP in the 223 and 45 gr. SP in the 204. Any suggestions?? Also, I am using a SP because I am looking to be able to salvage what I shoot. I have been leaving huge exit wounds and am looking to save what I can yet get the job done.
