I'm selling my home and the inspector says my sinks are not draining as quickly as they should and suggest I camera them as well. Looking to get an estimate of clearing and camera work. Steve Bairn 480 363 5232 Now my professional advice. As a former plumber, I would say to clean out the pee traps and see if that helps. In your home I would resist running cameras unless the buyer insists. If those cameras show that you have root infiltration or restricted flow, now you are on the hook for some expensive repairs and even if the sale falls through you are required to disclose that to any future buyers. COA Report post Posted June 23, 2018 Tj call me if you can. I deal with lots of buyers annually and they will often try to leverage for a credit or beat you up on your price.
