azcouesandelk Report post Posted January 11, 2008 Sportsmans has 60 pound Bowtech Tributes on sale for $550 and 70 pound Browning Mirages for $500. Other than those I would look at the Diamond Rocks, the new Fred Bear Game Over and also take a look at the Bowtech Tomkat. All are great bows that are in teh $400 to $500 range. trophymaster Report post Posted January 11, 2008 All the major manufacturers are making good bows these days. My suggestion is find a local pro shop and go shoot some bows. Which ever one feels the most comfortable to you and is comfortable to shot will be the best. Don't get hung up on the brand. Just my $.02 Good Luck
grizzly Report post Posted January 12, 2008 Are you talking $500 for bare bow or outfitted? The Martin Firecat is a nice shooter with an IBO around 350 fps and sells for $550 brand new.
