I've used this tripod for a glassing/optics tripod and for filming hunts. Works perfectly for switching between both.

One of the leg extensions slips when locked but I'm thinking this could be a cheap/easy repair. I just never needed to fix it. Everything else operates fine. Has cosmetic scratches but nothing that affects the operation.
