Javelinasports Report post Posted June 12, 2018 Hey folks, We were up early scouting in Unit 9 west side at a G&F water tank and saw the big dead lion laying right next to the water trough. Curious if anyone knows what happened, wonder how it died, starvation, it was pretty freshly dead if that is a term! There were 4 cameras on the fence.....got to have pics! Also wonder if the Elk would hesitate to drink water with the cat laying there? Anyway it was a good weekend, saw lots of Elk, thanks for reading!
