StickFlicker Report post Posted June 1, 2018 Based upon the numbers provided above, that means that everything 8 points or above is 100% for a resident. The only reason that some were given to the 7 pointers was because the NR permits were already maxed, and they had to skip over the remaining NR's that had 8 and drop down to 7 to find enough residents to fill the 20% quota. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
