No Respect!

Recommended Posts

What is wrong with people! We were camping up by Happy Jack and guys come in there UTV's blazing by and visibly dusting our camp not slowing down even hitting it while zooming by while we are there!

Where is the camping etiquette? I taught my kids to be respectful and slow down when you go by any camps but these guys just don't care.....

I don't usually complain but jeez what the heck is wrong with people!

How do we get back to manners and respect??

Just venting!

It’s sad for sure , but welcome to the entitlement age. If I dusted a camp when I was younger my dad would’ve pulled me off whatever I was riding and beat the sh!t outta me.Times have changed for the worst my friend it’s too bad.

Oh man,... where do I start. People are all a bunch of snowflakes-me first- im more important than you.

We were back by bear canyon lake.

One guy from our group got up there pretty early on Friday, too early for the group that was going to camp close to us. Jeff was actually half way set up when the "travel trailer park" showed up and asked him to move, because they were wanting to camp there, especially with their big trailers coming in. Maybe that's why one fo their group ran their generator all night long, and they kept their radio going till way late (Or maybe they were just trying to share???)

We opted for woods canyon lake fishing on sunday. FR300 has a speed limit of 25. I knew I was pushing it at 30 for the amount of traffic out there... but still not fast enough for the guy that decided to go around the 3 vehicles that I was in.

packed up and ready to go home, traveling back down 300 and getting close to where the pavement meets. Granted I was the leader in the parade. (# vehicles for us, and about 6 more vehicles all heading out) a guy in a side by side passed the entire string of us all in one shot , like we were standing still.

I got a propane ring...it gives the ambience but no heat... was just something to finish the night off with instead of going to bed at 730

It'll get worse with all the California transplants.

Should try living in the boondocks on a dirt road. Its easy to see who has lived in the country and who is city folk or Californian.

For those of us who grew up in the day when in school and you were out of line a trip to the office was a few swats . You then respected the teacher and all that came with it . Got home and got it again .

Same thing went when outdoors --out of line and dad was handy with the switch....

Them days are gone----I try and pass those life lessons on to my brood---also camp off the beaten path to avoid the very same thing .

I even got from the bus driver. Pr1ck called my dad to make sure I told him about it so dad could do it again.
