Heading up probably Thursday or Friday to check out some areas. Any older more affordable areas to look at (not crack head type areas)? Any one know if theres a specific HUD or Fannie Mae preferred realtor?

Little out of town but I think land in star valley is a little cheaper. But anything around payson is very expensive.

I probably know 75% of the realtors up here on a first name basis. Id get strung up if I recommended just one.

 

Nothing is cheap right now. Check our Star valley, Mesa del, and Gisela for price point. Shoot me a pm and Ill recommend one or three. Just dont make it public...

Oh, last week there was a hud in beaver valley for 110k. I didnt have time to mess with it. It needed work, including septic.

Definitely a sellers market up here right now. Tough to find any kind of deal on bare land or houses. I have a couple of realtors I can recommend but like bojangles I know a bunch of them so I am not going to post names. Call or text if you want more info. 9284748235.
