The last lawsuit they lost ( the second one) forced them to sell off all remaining inventory and split proceeds with YETI. NOTAGS Report post Posted April 24, 2018 Every time I have checked in the last few months, the 110 and 145 are out of stock, with no option for delayed delivery date. I believe that the sell off you are thinking of was the first one? My understanding is that YETI got another judgment around 2-3 months past, and the courts ruled that RTIC must completely redesign so that they no longer resemble the YETI. I may be wrong. They were blowing out all of their YETI clone drink ware recently as part of that ruling. I purchased a gallon jug, it cost me $26 compared to closer to $100 as a dealer.
