CJNAZ Report post Posted March 27, 2018 Taking the Mrs. on her 1st camping trip to Rosey. Any pointers on shore fishing? Also, did the slot limit cease for bass on Rosey? Can't find anything in the regs. Thanks for any advice you're willing to provide.

DUG Report post Posted March 27, 2018 If you can find steep slopes with trees in the water you can try flipping. Just use heavy test line and watch for snakes.

Roosevelt Mark Report post Posted March 27, 2018 We pitched minnows and jigs in the sticks near shore the weekend before last and caught fish all day long. Yep, fish are spawning in coves right now. Just about any technic will catch fish.

wildwoody Report post Posted March 28, 2018 Here's what we used to do all the time and smoked them from the bank. Cross at Across and fish the tonto end on the other side of the lake along cove banks. Then we would use chartreus green Bush Wackers AKA spinner baits 2 blade with white double tail trailer with a extra trailer hook for short bites. Start at sun up, cast length wise parallel to the bank about 8' out and reel really slow and bump the bottom when you figure what depth there at hold on. She'll have a blast. Crappie just us a minnow and a bobbers' float along bank. Hope this helps. Goodluck
