TOBY Report post Posted January 9, 2019 Kifaru fits amazing and has a bag for every set up. I got the Apollo on clearance and is a awesome day pack with a meat shelf when you kill. A pack that fits you properly is key regardless of brand.

I have the Optics Pack and while overall it has been good the front buckles do not grip the belt very well at all and it loosens up after just 100 yards or so and then all the pack weight is on the shoulders. I find myself constantly readjusting the belt all day long. I ordered a pair of these to put on which will hopefully solve that issue. https://www.buckleguy.com/4127-2-sliplock-tri-glide-buckle-plastic-slider/
Jnj13 Report post Posted January 10, 2019 I've used the badlands 2200 for 2 seasons. It handled an elk quarter just fine, an entire coues and recently a mule deer with my bow strapped to it too. Light and strong. http://www.badlandspacks.com/badlands-2200-hunting-pack
