The "worst" is over, and as long as they don't turn it back up, they might be releasing less than anticipated from here on out. Maybe harness all the tears for the fish and refill the lake? Refill the lake with what? Have you seen big rain or snow pack above the Lake that no one else has? They are not going to stop the drop until they hit their mark. The spawn this year will take a hit. With just this weekends weather there will be a big push to the bank for the spawn those fish will loose their eggs this year. I would say people familiar with the lake and multiple agencies going to court to try to file injunctions to stop or delay the flush would qualify as drama.
