Sounds about like my HOA LOL then they came in and change the color of the common walls... So now all of our walls that tie into the common walls are a different color. Brian27 Report post Posted March 14, 2018 Call Thomas at +1 (480) 600-8100 he just finished the exterior of my house in San Tan Valley. 2250 sqft with 3 car garage at $2,000 he does great work and even painted my iron gate. replaced he wood slays, installed 3 new porch lights, pained the front security door. Ed67 Report post Posted March 15, 2018 I received an HOA letter to paint a few years back along with the rest of the neighborhood. I pressure washed and caulked one weekend. The next I rented a sprayer from Home Depot and painted. I never painted a house before but its not that hard.
