DesertBull Report post Posted March 11, 2018 Anyone know a ball park estimate on how long it takes to get optics back from Swarovski? Sending my 15's in for a tune-up.
HuntHarder Report post Posted March 11, 2018 Depends on what time of year, I have sent different pairs in 3 times and the longest was 5 weeks with both other times coming in 2-3 weeks. If you call them before you send them in, they will give you a pretty accurate time frame.
cjl2010 Report post Posted March 11, 2018 I sent my spotter in and they received on Jan 5th. They shipped it back to me feb 6th. That was a cleaning on the body and a repair on the eyepiece.

knothead Report post Posted March 11, 2018 I once dropped my 15's and bent the lens housing. This happened on a Sunday evening. I shipped them Monday with fed-ex using overnight express. I had them repaired and returned to me on Thursday. I did call in advance on Monday morning explaining the situation and my opener was Friday. They said they would do their best but made no promises. I do not recall if I paid for shipping back or not. Their customer service is 2nd to none. I have since sent in my 15's and 10's two times for general cleaning and maintenance and they have had them back to me in less than 3 weeks. I took care of this in June both times. PRDATR Report post Posted March 12, 2018 My EL's were 5 weeks done in July of 2015. I have read that if you pay a few bucks for for expedited shipping turnaround is two weeks. More than please on the cleaning they did on mine which included new skins.
