Nothing beats face to face contact in marketing as far as I'm concerned and it doesn't cost anything but your time. WHT_MTNMAN Report post Posted March 7, 2018 Lots of rodents damage up here.. What's your bug season like? You guys get lots of scorpions and spiders in the houses up your way? How about bees? Lots of swarms up north? Not really sure what to expect. Im sure other that lived there longer will chime in but I lived in 2 different homes up in Payson for 2 years and we had spiders, no scorpions and lots of rodents.
