AZHog Report post Posted February 22, 2018 I called yesterday morning and the lady confirmed my license and app were both in the draw system. She opened a ticket for the development team to fix the account and it was fixed as of last night. Sounds like they had some conversion issues going from the old portal to the new one at some point.
