BAIT1UP Report post Posted February 18, 2018 I sell them at work(sportsmans warehouse) and the explorer + is the one to get. Full GPS, texting capabilities and s.o.s. is awesome. Placed it on the roof of the hut I was staying in and was able to have text conversations in a somewhat timely fashion, bluetoohthed through my phone. Smith2260 Report post Posted February 18, 2018 The Inreach is awesome! Had a bad accident in 2016 in a bad cell area. My wife made me buy an Inreach for the 2017 hunting season. We hunted a lot of wilderness with no cell service and it was great for my wife to get a preset all is good message every night. The custom text messages was nice when we killed to send updates home. Sneaker Report post Posted February 18, 2018 I bought one last year, I just activate it for a month timeframe that I know I will be using it. However, laying at the bottom of a ravine with two broken legs by myself for a couple hours was not my favorite day of 2016. So, the clinger Inreach would have been nice. My clinger wife happens to be my best friend and an amazing hunter who almost lost her husband that day and the weeks to follow. I hope you have a great day!! Ps. Sorry for my grammer.
