Tikka T3 Superlite in 6.5x55SE with camo stock. NIB Price drop

Recommended Posts

Will post pictures this evening but it is a new in the box Tikka T3 Superlite in 6.5x55SE.

Great rifle but I can't keep it. This is the Superlite version with a fluted blued barrel and camo synthetic stock, think these were a limited edition run for Whittakers.

$675 FTF in Tucson. Down to $600!

First "I'll take it" has dibs on it.

Thanks,

Kent

Here's the pics.

Noticed that the box says "Lite" not "Superlite," but it has the fluted barrel and that was the only difference between the two. I kinda recall Cabelas had Superlites in stainless with camo and Sportman's Warehouse had stainless with the black stock then when the T3 was discontinued Whittakers got everything.

Make an offer. Looking for something in 260 or 25-06 if you have a trade idea.

You know the 6.5x55 and .260 Rem are ballistically identical right? That being said I just finished up load work on a Tikka T3 in 6.5x55 this weekend. Good luck on the sale but I think I would give that Swede a chance.

I do. Have owned and reloaded with a buddy for both. But he moved and I want something that I don't have to reload for in order to get max performance.

My other issue is that I already have an very lightweight rifle for hunting, just want to put together a standard weight rifle that I can go shoot and not have the barrel on-fire after three rounds.

Remington 700 SPS that I can drop in a B&C stock is what I had in mind.

Thanks for the input,

Kent

6lbs 2oz on my postal scale with an empty magazine. I would guess that the factory trigger is at 3lbs or under and is very crisp.

Will include some reloading stuff that came with a CZ550 I bought a year or so ago: About 50 pieces of Lapua brass some primed and 20 loaded rounds that you can shoot or pull apart however you see fit. Load info is included(not mine, just came with the other rifle).
