Sneaker Report post Posted December 27, 2017 I've gone on record saying how pleased I was with my 10 power HD Prime binoculars, price and performance, in the past. Well things have made a turn for the worst. The focus knob fell off in October. They are supposed to have a lifetime warranty on this level bino with Zen-Ray, but I think they are out of business. Been calling and emailing for three months now with no responses. Doug at cameraland says the owner of Zen-ray has been mia for months.
