I have the drill driver combo and have added a few other tools to the set over the years. I dont think youll ever have a problem with your set for household use. However I dont think your wife would be hurt if you swapped it out I know when I buy my wife something there is an %80 chance Im getting the wrong item size or color so she should understand when you swap it out.
