Little Creek Calls Report post Posted December 20, 2017 My guess would be the one on the right, more white tipped tail feathers. Great looking mounts.
Big Browns Report post Posted December 20, 2017 I was going to say the bird on the right due to size and the whiter tipped feathers.

Flatlander Report post Posted December 20, 2017 This brings up a good question ... why are Goulds tags such a big deal? A tape measure of some sort must surely be involved.
PRDATR Report post Posted December 20, 2017 This brings up a good question ... why are Goulds tags such a big deal? A tape measure of some sort must surely be involved. It's the largest of the turkeys and only found in a couple of places in AZ & NM and the majority of the population is in Mexico.

tomgobbler Report post Posted December 21, 2017 The one on the right is a Goulds , however Ive had Goulds with the tips the color of the other one and Ive done merriams with bright white tips ... the Goulds is bigger but its not by very much . The top of these birds heads were almost the same height , the Goulds is a little fuller through the body & tail ... but its pretty minimal .... at least for the minimal #s Ive done - about a dozen Goulds including one my son shot with a bow , & they are very very similar in coloring & size to merriams , Another Goulds & merriams No idea why they turned sideways anyone can fix it feel free .
