knothead Report post Posted December 10, 2017 I'm an ASU Alumnus but it is way too early to be getting too excited. Been burned way too many times in the past. When it is all said and done UofA will have a better team, record and go further in NCAA tournament. SunDevil Report post Posted December 11, 2017 In college it comes down to quality guard play. Generally senior guard play. ASU starts 3 senior guards. Their 4th guard is also legit. They will have 3 of the 4 on the floor at all times. Control turn overs and shoot 3s. Their shirts tonight were awesome. "GUARD U". Bahaha. So much for Point Guard U. They're #16, have a couple good wins, and now the fans think they're championship contenders. Haha they really just don't know what's it's like to get a quality win for a change. If they think they are on Arizona's level, they're in for a rude awakening.
