Presmyk Report post Posted December 9, 2017 My buddy had a case split in 22-250 break open. The back blew off so how would get the stuck brass out?
HuntHarder Report post Posted December 9, 2017 I would try to bend down a piece just big enough to get some needle nose pliers on it.
Hoofnit Report post Posted December 9, 2017 this has happened to me, most times you can pull a brush thru from muzzle to breach and get them out. if that doesn't work take it to a gunsmith ! Mark

MMACFIVE Report post Posted December 10, 2017 If the above doesn't work you can find the right size tap and start a few threads in the brass then use a rod from the bore.

300RUM Report post Posted December 11, 2017 Before you try removing it soak it in a light penetrating oil. It will improve your chances of getting a brush or something else to pull it out. If the tricks mentioned above do not work they do make special broken case extractors that are not real expensive. I have them for .233 and .308 and have had good results
