goinhuntn Report post Posted November 25, 2017 Looks like a storm is heading in for the late rifle season, should make for some good hunting! Weather has been so warm I had packed for mild temps, but now snow on the way so have to repack. Nothing like hunting bulls in the snow.
Crusader_22 Report post Posted November 25, 2017 I've been watching the NWS discussion, yeah, good news. Not sure it will impact the animals much, but more fun, anyway. Jeff
Red Rabbit Report post Posted November 25, 2017 Snow and rain may make it interesting on the two-track roads. If it comes in on Saturday (3-5" snow possibly for Flag?), water will still be key on the Friday opener. Still 10 days out is a long way out for the weather forecasting ouija boards. Good luck out there.

rossislider Report post Posted November 27, 2017 Should make for interesting late bull hunts. A lot of your scouting in this warm weather we have had this year may be affected. I'd be prepared to change up my plan to more traditional late hunt areas and patterns once that weather hits.
