TexasHunter Report post Posted November 23, 2017 So I have had a pair of 12x56s forever that I have been using for back up or loaner pair. Well a friend dropped them and damaged the heck out of them so I decided to and them in. I bought them used and didn't have nor fill out any warranty card or anything. Heard back from Nikon no questions just fixed under warranty. Awesome customer service.
Swivelhead Report post Posted November 23, 2017 Good to hear they back up their product even when it is obvious abuse.
creed_az_88 Report post Posted November 23, 2017 Too bad they won't back up a rangefinder even one with no abuse.

Viper Report post Posted November 23, 2017 Leupold covered my 1000i TBR a couple years ago. The bottom LED segments were fading and barely visible. I sent it in and they sent me a brand new 1200i TBR. Great RF.

I had a Redfield Raider 550 a few years back. It was ranging properly but not where the + was aimed. Talked to them about it, sent it in and they promptly sent me a brand new model. I seem to remember it was another company that had bought them out so I was very happy they replaced it.
papajohn Report post Posted November 24, 2017 I too had a Leupold 1000tbr with hardly readable red led numbers. Sent it in and recieved a new 1200tbr in about 2 weeks. Also had a handgun scope with hard to turn elevation dial. They replaced both windage and elevation adjusters at no cost. Gotta love Leupolds service! No questions asked, they just told me send them to us and 3 weeks later I had them back like new!
