She/we owe back taxes on it and have no interest in moving back there so if you want it pay the back taxes and you can have it. The address is 34 Wentworth ln Coldsprings tx. 77331 You can pm me if interested in it. Not far off of lake Livingston. Lots of trees. The back taxes are roughly $1800.
