300RUM Report post Posted November 19, 2017 What part of call the sheriff do people not understand? If you have somebody basically in your front yard discharging a firearm is an issue the sheriff can deal with. You're lucky if you have one game and fish officer on duty in the unit. There are many more sheriff's deputies available. If during the process of investigating the complaint of firearms being discharged in a town or a residential area the sheriff's deputy believes that game violations may have also occurred he can detain said individuals until the game and fish officer arrives to investigate those. Heat Report post Posted November 20, 2017 You guys need to read ARS 17-309. If you have permission from the Landowner you can hunt closer. Not sure about this particular spot but it is possible to be closer than 1/4 mile and legal.
DesertBull Report post Posted November 20, 2017 Sure sounds to me like what we really need is a commission meeting, a public comment period, then some more rules and restrictions put into place. That should solve it. they need to ban something......quick.

That should solve it. they need to ban something......quick. Contact Lavar Ball I bet he has a solution!!! I have spent many a day sitting on the back porch of my Dad's summer home in Alpine.....listening to all types of shooting going on......Lord really knows where it is coming from! I have been tempted to shoot wandering coyotes off the back porch but.......it ain't worth the risk of having something screwwy like a ricochet bullet going off and hitting the neighbor, or his horse or his cow........and yes we have had bulls and bucks and bears! The common sense law is use your brain and don't be stupid!!!
