Had a guy do this last year down south bird hunting. We hooked a chain up to his hitch and drug him about 40 yards into the brush.

It was a little different scenario but he parked in the middle of a dirt road and had his sun shade up on windshield. We thought WTF but waited 10 mins. That's when we got the chain out and took his truck for a little ride with the cummins.

I ran into pretty much the same thing coming out of the heck's Gate Wilderness years back. Which them off the trail and left them high-centered on a boulder
